Former track star, Marion Jones has turned herself in today to begin her 6month stint in Federal Prison. Her sentence was a result of committing perjury by lying about her enhanced drug use (steroids) and check-fraud.
She had until Tuesday to turn herself in.
I don't blame her-get it over with.
In addition to the 6 mos sentence she also has to do "400 hours of community service in each of the two years following her release."
