You may remember DeAundre from Tales From the Hood, Get On The Bus, Lockdown, but also from the movie The Wood, he played "Stacey," Alicia's (Malinda Williams) older bother who happened to a member of Bloods.
DeAundre was sentenced too 11yrs in prison, after stabbing his aunt's boyfriend to death during an argument in 2001-he was charged with manslaughter.
Below, DeAundre discusses how he got his start, in an interview from jail, with Street Gangs.com.
Did you know DeAundre's (real life) brother is Samuel Monroe Jr-famous for his role as rapist/Ronnie's brother, "Jr." in the movie The Players Club. Check out Sam Monroe as 'Jr' below (at 1:22)
