STOP pushing these doggone 'non-fiction' books without fact-finding, first!!
Three years ago, it was James Frey's 'A Million Little Pieces'
now it's 'Angel At the Fence,' by Herman Rosenblat.
Angel At The Fence, is/was a 'love story' that tells how Herman Rosenblat and his wife, Roma, came together. Rosenblat said he and Roma were at a concentration camp (on opposite sides of the fence). He moved to a different concentration camp,thereby losing contact with Roma, only to be reunited on a blind date in the 1950's.
It's touching, heartwarming, happy ending and by accounts-UNTRUE.
Oprah...stick to fiction. Or better yet, before you hawk a book...FACT CHECK, FIRST!! source
