The Texas critters pic'd above, thought it would be cool to dig up a child's grave and use his skull as a bong.

These nimrods dug up Willie Sims (who died in the '20's) who's approx 11 y/o, cut off his head and smoked weed out of this baby's head.
WHY???
How do you come to the decision to dig up a corpse and smoke weed out of body cavity??
These idiots were charged with misdemeanor abuse of a corpse.
