Pvt. Ronald Gray, seen here in 1988, has been on the military's death row for 20 years.

Gray has been on death row since '88. As u know, b4 he takes his last breath-he'll probably clog the courts with 2,349 appeals. Small price to pay to keep him off the streets.
According to CNN, "Gray was convicted of raping and killing a female Army private and a civilian near his post at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He was also convicted of the rape and attempted murder of another fellow soldier in her barracks at Fort Bragg."
This is the first I've ever heard of this story, but honestly I can't say I'm sorry about Dubya signing off on this.
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
