Bonnie Bought Into A Lie...

I received an email from my blog brother Phil of Theology Today

He shared a story about a woman named Bonnie Parker who lay dying of cancer, and believed if she sowed money into Kenneth Copeland's ministry-she would live.
She didn't.

Read Bonnie's story as told by her family...how she gave money to the ministry-LOTS OF MONEY to the ministry as cancer ravaged her body beyond repair.

"Shysters and Perverts in the name of Jesus"
are lying. Healing will not come just because you give money to a ministry!
God does not work like that!

"Prosperity Gospel" is an oxymoron.
Gospel means truth, however these false teachers are ministering LIES!


Bonnie is not alone. Millions of naive Christians are giving money based on lies.


I pray that these shysters are moved to repent in the name of Jesus, before we hear of more stories such as Bonnie's.

Father beats up mother in car while holding bleeding baby, arrested

The baby, who was born three weeks' premature on Nov. 15, died Nov. 24 after she was rushed to the hospital with blood coming from her mouth and rectum.

Nobody has been charged with the crime, but the child's father, 21-year-old Christopher Ryan Richardson, was arraigned this afternoon on a domestic violence charge, a third offense, a felony punishable by up to two years in jail and a $2,500 fine.

Bond was set at $100,000.

Richardson allegedly grabbed the back of the head and slapped the face of Cynthia Gosicicki, Nevaeh's mother, and threatened her if something happened to the baby, Lincoln Park Police Chief Thomas Karnes said

"I'm not guilty," Richardson told 25th District Judge David J. Zelenak as he asked for a court-appointed attorney.

Richardson has two previous convictions for domestic violence charges. He also was on probation since Nov. 20 on a drug charge in Roscommon, according to his mother, Adie Green.

"I am so tired and really angry," said Green, 39, whose aunt raised Richardson since he was 3 1/2 years old.

Richardson's preliminary examination is Dec. 4. Police were continuing their probe of Neveah's death, which the medical examiner ruled a homicide. The child was living in Green's home with four other adults.

"This is a terrible crime," Karnes said. "It's the worst thing I have ever come in contact with and it's the worst thing I've ever heard of.

Amen for Kimberly Parker, for humbling herself and seeing the gifts her children are. Speaking from personal experience, my two children were instrumental in the relationship my mother and I now have-it'll be 1 year December 2007. No one wants to receive truth from their children, it's human nature. However, how dare we - stinking-thinking-prideful "flesh creatures"(thanks Pastor Ellis!) believe when our kids are making sense-we tell them contrary, because we don't want to admit God can put correction on the mouth of our children?! When my kids ministered TO ME the EXACT thing I ministered to them (in the midst of a very heated exchange with my mother)-I looked at them, didin't make any excuses and said,I don't know how!!!!!!!!!! And I then said-PRAY FOR ME!! And they did. The fervent prayers of the RIGHTEOUS (age does not matter!) availeth much. Today I can say, I LOVE MY MOTHER! It took 38years to confess that. Praise God for His patience!!

Family, you better recognize the peace you're seeking may be on the tip of your child's tongue-Let them speak!!
