As most people know by now, Dr. West passed away due to complications stemming from plastic surgery.

This woman had a procedure performed with hopes of looking and feeling better about self. She didn't come across as narcissistic, vain. She merely wanted to "fix" a trouble spot. She never got to see the results.
On the other hand, we have the "brides-of-frankenstein" and "science projects" whose jobs (it seems to me)
are solely to get cut, sucked, lifted, shifted, pulled, stretched, tucked, remove, add, create,
recreate, recreate once more now only identifiable by their voice, because they no longer look like their former self. These guinea pigs are the opposite of Dr. West. They're selfish, compulsive, insecure, and most likely suffering from body Dysmorphia. And yet on the regular, they CHOOSE to play Russian Roulette with their lives.
There are no guarantees, and no i'm not saying we should just lay down and accept aging.
We just have to count the costs.
Because as with Dr. Donda West, the cost can be deadly.
