Flu Bug, Buggin' U?


Bro. Shazza (b'low) has dispensed great information on how to fight the flu!

I know everyone and their MOMMA is giving you advice right now so its my turn in line ...

Drink the fluids BUT you need to juice the fruit and veggies. If you don't have a JUICER use your blender.

Apples, Celery, Cucumbers, Spinich, Ginger, Strawberries, Pears, Blueberries, Carrots, Mango, Pineapple, Honeydew or Canolope, Beets, Lemons, Cabbage, Bananas, Raspberry, Green Tea leaves, Peppermint leaves, Lime, woodroot, Neem, grapes, flax oil, acidophilus and any three or 4 combinations ONLY.

No Solid Foods. You won't need it. Leave the medicines alone and sleep. Your body will recover and heal once you ride out the virus. once you recover, your body will gain the weight back practically over night once you start eating solid food again.

... you should JUICE on a regular anyway. Better for your immune system.
