Plain and simple, this trick stole a woman's ID, went to a plastic surgeon at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery in Huntington Beach, CA...bought some boobs and lipo-to the tune of $12,000 and disappeared. How did they catch this masculine looking woman??? They used the serial numbers on the breast implants that were removed from her chest. Cold BUSTED!! LOLTalk about a dumb criminal!!
