This baby doesn't even look 2 y/o, and yet a big uncomfortable looking man-bully, handles this child in a way i wouldn't handle a rabid dog. I'm willing to bet this is his gf's baby--isn't the gf's baby ALWAYS getting jacked up by the boyfriend???

Bully Abuses baby in Party Store
Police need your help to find a man who beat a toddler. A store surveillance camera caught the assault on tape. We want to warn you that the video you will see in this story is brutal and graphic, but hopefully it will help put the abuser behind bars.
