Makin' It Rain On This Ho'? She's THREE YRS OLD!

Belly dancing gone wrong...
After viewing this video, it is apparent to me this baby has watched more BET videos than an actual belly dancer. This girl works what her mama, grandma, Beyonce & Shakira gave her.

What does she know about sticking out her behind?
Why is she on all fours shaking her behind?
AND WHY R PERVS MAKIN' IT RAIN ON HER, BY SHOWERING MONEY ON HER LIKE A STRIPPER?

Thank goodness for the man(daddy?) in the vid. I'm not pro-violence towards women, but that man should've JACKED that woman up when she tried to stop him from removing babygirl off the floor.
Judge for yourself the madness:

In This Case, Unfortunately It Looks Like I'm Right :(

On November 7 th I posted an article on Police Officer Drew Peterson and his missing wife-much younger wife #4 Stacy.
My words at the end of the article were, and I paraphrase- I had a feeling dude killed Stacy and his 3rd wife.
November 7 post

Remember he said wife #3-Kathleen Savio "drowned in the bathtub."
We all may not be police officers but we do know 2 +2 does not equal 7!

At the request of the family, former NY Medical Examiner Michael Baden performed an autopsy on Drew's 3rd wife and has determined she was placed in the bathtub AFTER she died following a struggle with her crazy friggin' husband in 2004.

Baden said, see Peterson case update, her bruises were consistent with those from a beatdown. Control-freak..not surprised.
Also according to a letter Kathleen wrote her family, that bully pulled a knife from around his leg and threatened to kill her.
Oh. Who did he think he was SmileyCentral.com Tarzan?!

Hope he has a
SmileyCentral.com
on stand-by, he's going to need one.

What I don't understand is how stupid police officers who commit crimes, really are!
Here you are a police officer committing crimes, but you actually believe you won't get caught.
You're supposed to use logical reasoning as an officer, aren't you?
Well, he's not a police officer any longer-he has since resigned, and I bet it was STRONGLY SUGGESTED that he resign...what do you think??

More to follow.

Whose Child Was This???

Composite sketches released of girl stuffed in box
(edited by Ivent)
source

The sketches, released Friday, show a girl with long blond hair, in a pink shirt and a matching skirt -- clothes she was reportedly wearing when she was found.
A forensic dentist has narrowed her age to between 2 and 3, the Galveston County Sheriff's office said.

Earlier, a self-described "cynical old cop" gently held a tiny shoe decorated with purple flowers as he begged for help in identifying the dead child Galveston police have dubbed "Baby Grace."
"She is more to us than just a case number, more to us than just an unidentified body. She is very much a human being," said Maj. Ray Tuttoilmondo of the Galveston County Sheriff's Office.

"She is someone's child, someone's grandchild, someone's cousin, someone's best friend, and to us, that is the most important part about this case," Tuttoilmondo said.
"We have adopted the name of Baby Grace because, there again, that is part of the emotional part of this case for us," he said, holding the sneaker identical to one of those the child was wearing when she was found Monday.

A fisherman became very upset after discovering the girl's body, in a large blue Sterilite plastic container, on an uninhabited island in Galveston's West Bay, Tuttoilmondo said.
Contact Sheriff's OfficeTo offer tips, contact the Galveston County Sheriff's Office at 409-766-2222 or 866-248-8477.

A fishing tournament with hundreds of contestants was held over the weekend in the area where the girl's body was found. Police said they hope to track down contestants who may have seen something. Some of them may have fished near the site of the discovery.

"If we can get to every single person, that's exactly what we're going to do," Tuttoilmondo said.
The Galveston County medical examiner has said the child suffered skull fractures, but that he found no other broken bones.

"Anything relating to chronic abuse, old injuries, things like that, those are parts of the investigation that we still need to look at," Tuttoilmondo said.
The Houston Chronicle reported that the medical examiner said the girl had been dead for at least two weeks when her body was found.
"I don't often make an appeal of emotion, choosing to stick with the facts of the case as we should," Tuttoilmondo wrote in an e-mail to local reporters.
"However, a case such as this draws out emotions in all that touch it, even us cynical old cops. I ask that you buck the system and include the emotions you, like me, are experiencing in looking at this case, as a parent, a child, one who has children as part of your life or just as a human being."
Police have received hundreds of calls about the case, he said. "A number of them we followed up on have led us to go check on other children. Fortunately, we found all of them safe and sound, but nothing that's absolutely made a home run hit yet."
Other callers have wanted to know how they can help. Some have offered to donate graveyard plots for the child and have volunteered to help sift through information.
"The community where we are is a very close-knit, solid community, and they're all more than willing to help," Tuttoilmondo said.

Genarlow Has Left The Building!!

Genarlow Wilson released
Georgia Supreme Court rules his sentence was cruel and unusual
source

Genarlow Wilson walked out of prison a free man today, ending a case that drew national umbrage over a state law that mandated a long sentence after the youth had consensual sex with another teen.

Wilson was released about 5:30 p.m. from the Burruss Correctional Training Facility in this Monroe County city, hours after the Georgia Supreme Court tossed out his 10-year sentence for having had consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 17.

As Wilson, now 21, emerged from the prison escorted by two guards, he broke into a wide grin, embraced his mother Juannessa Bennett, picked up his 9-year-old sister Jiaya who was 4 when the man's ordeal began ” and walked to a podium accompanied by his family and attorney, B.J. Bernstein.

"It feels great" to be free, Genarlow said.

Wilson has served 2 years 8 months of a 10-year sentence. He was convicted in February 2005 of aggravated child molestation. The crime carried a mandatory sentence of at least 10 years with no parole.

The law was changed in 2006 to make Wilson's crime a misdemeanor with a maximum 1-year sentence when it involved teenagers within certain age ranges.

"I'd like for people to learn from my situation .... just to know a few miniutes of fun could be a lifetime of hard times," Genarlow said. "It's a whole new beginning. All I can do is start from today."

The Supreme Court on Friday morning ordered Wilson's release, voiding the controversial 10-year sentence he was serving for having consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 17. He is now 21.

The court's 4-3 decision upheld a Monroe County judge's ruling that the sentence constituted cruel and unusual punishment under both the Georgia and U.S. constitutions.

The majority opinion said the sentence appeared to be "grossly disproportionate" to the crime and noted that it was out of step with current law.

Wilson was convicted in February 2005 of aggravated child molestation for having oral sex with the girl at a 2003 New Year's Eve party in a hotel room.

The crime carried a mandatory sentence of at least 10 years with no parole. But the law was changed in 2006 to make Wilson's crime a misdemeanor with a maximum 1-year sentence when it involved teenagers within certain age ranges.

That fueled Wilson's legal appeal on grounds that he'd been unfairly sentenced under a law aimed at older offenders.

"Although society has a significant interest in protecting children from premature sexual activity, we must acknowledge that Wilson's crime does not rise to the level of culpability of adults who prey on children ..." wrote Supreme Court Justice Leah Ward Sears in the majority opinion.

She said that "for the law to punish Wilson as it would an adult, with the extraordinarily harsh punishment of 10 years in prison without the possibility of probation or parole, appears to be grossly disproportionate to his crime."

Justice George Carley, in the dissent, said the 2006 change in the law was specifically written so it would not be retroactive. He said "the General Assembly made the express decision that he cannot benefit from the subsequent legislative determination to reduce the sentence for commission of that crime from felony to misdemeanor status."

Carley said the majority opinion showed "unprecedented disregard" for the legislative intent of the law change and creates the potential for releases of "any and all defendants who were ever convicted of aggravated child molestation and sentenced" under circumstances similar to Wilson's.

Wilson's lawyer, B.J. Bernstein, said earlier Friday that she was elated by the ruling.

"We never turned away from the courts," she said. "The Supreme Court issued a wonderful and just decision. We had faith in this all along -- although it took a little longer than we thought it would."

She said Wilson, once released, will do all he can to encourage teenagers to do the right thing.

"Genarlow is going to be committed to talking and working with young people to spread the message that he made a mistake that night and doesn't want it to happen to anyone else," he lawyer said.

In a statement issued Friday, Attorney General Thurbert Baker said he will "respectfully acknowledge" the state Supreme Court's decision.

"I hope the court's decision will also put an end to this issue as a matter of contention in the hearts and minds of concerned Georgians and others across the country who have taken such a strong interest in the case," Baker said.

Baker's office had appealed the ruling by the Monroe County Superior Court judge who overturned Wilson's felony conviction last summer and reduced it to a misdemeanor. That judge's ruling to resentence Wilson to a misdemeanor, "however well-meaning, was unauthorized under Georgia law," Baker said. "It was for this reason that I appealed, in order to (ensure) a fair and consistent application of the law, not just to Mr. Wilson, but to others similarly situated."

In its majority opinion, the state Supreme Court acknowledged that it rarely overturns sentences on grounds that they are cruel and unusual. But the court also noted it has done so twice before following legislative changes. It also said a review of other states showed that most "either would not punish Wilson's conduct at all or would, like Georgia now, punish it as a misdemeanor."

Wilson's case has drawn national attention.

U.S. Rep. John Lewis (D-Atlanta) said Friday that the state high court "righted a great wrong, an unbelievable wrong. This young man, each day he stayed in prison, was a day too long."

Lewis said he visited Wilson in prison a few months ago. "His head was on straight. He's smart. He realized he had made mistakes. He said, 'Congressman, I'm a good person. I want to get out and make a contribution.'"

Lewis said he will do all he can to make good on a promise to help Wilson after his release from prison.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson and four state legislators held a press conference at the state Capitol on Friday, at which Jackson called for an end to "over-prosecution" of young black men. "Genarlow is a symbol of a a system that's out of control," he said. "We need oversight for prosecutors who abuse their position."

"It looks like we may be near the end for Genarlow, but let me emphasize there are a thousand -- ten thousand -- Genarlows," said state Sen. Vincent Fort (D-Atlanta).

Said state Rep. Alisha Thomas Morgan (D-Austell): "I'm proud to say that the stain that was on the state of Georgia has been somewhat removed."

Jackson said a service is planned at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ebenezer Baptist Church to celebrate Wilson's release. He also said that his organization, Rainbow/PUSH, will contribute $5,000 to a college scholarship fund for Wilson already started by African-American members of the Legislature. "We want schools to bid to offer him scholarships," Jackson said.

Wilson was arrested following a party also attended by five other male youths. His sex act with the 15-year-old girl was videotaped by one of his friends.

Wilson was also charged with raping a 17-year-old girl at the party but was acquitted of that charge.

Several months after he was convicted of aggravated child molestation, a felony, and given the mandatory 10-year term, Gov. Sonny Perdue signed legislation making consensual sex a misdemeanor between teenagers who were as close in age as Wilson and the 15-year-old.

The Monroe County judge's decision came last June, and the state's appeal by Baker sent the case to the Supreme Court.

Also last summer, Douglas County District Attorney David McDade offered Wilson's attorneys a deal in which he could plead guilty to another felony and get a sentence including 5 years of jail time with credit for two years served. Wilson and his lawyers rejected the deal.

Joining Sears in the majority decision were justices Carol Hunstein, Robert Benham and Hugh Thompson. Joining Carley in the dissent were justices Harris Hines and Harold Melton.

What a wonderful way to end Friday!
I hope Genarlow sticks to his promise that he will talk to young people, so they can learn from his mistakes.
God is awesome, and so is the strength and perserverence of a mama!
God bless the family-it's not over yet!
There's still work to be done!

Chester "the Molester"-literally, Has Been Caught!! Now We Can Sleep!

Fugitive accused of raping tot captured
source: Yahoo News (edited for space by Ivent)

Chester "Chet" Arthur Stiles, 37, was pulled over late Monday in Henderson for not having a license plate. He admitted his identity after police said his license looked suspicious.
"He said, 'I'm Chester Stiles, the guy you're looking for,'" Henderson police Officer Mike Dye said. "He said, 'I'm tired of running.'"
Las Vegas police Capt. Vincent Cannito said Stiles has been wanted since Oct. 5 on warrants issued for 21 felony charges in connection with the acts seen on the videotape. The charges include lewdness with a minor, sexual assault and attempted sexual assault.
The videotape, found in the rural Nevada town of Pahrump last month, had prompted an equally intense search for the young girl who appeared in it. Police with little to go on had encouraged news organizations to broadcast the haunting image of the 3-year-old. When the now-7-year-old was found on Sept. 28, authorities shifted their resources to finding Stiles.
Dye said he stopped Stiles at about 7 p.m. on a busy thoroughfare just outside Las Vegas driving a white sedan with no license plates.
Stiles, who had been portrayed by authorities as a dangerous, knife-wielding survivalist, provided an expired California drivers license with a photo that Dye said looked "suspicious."
"The picture on the license didn't quite match the gentleman in the vehicle," Dye said.
After further questioning, the officer said Stiles revealed his true name. Dye said Stiles cooperated and didn't resist. Dye called for backup and another officer arrived to handcuff Stiles.
Stiles was booked at the Clark County jail. He had not yet hired a lawyer or been assigned a court date, police said.
Stiles was already wanted on state and federal warrants in a case alleging he groped a 6-year-old girl in 2003. Police had received hundreds of tips on Stiles, who they believed might be dangerous and possibly armed based on earlier arrests.
Stiles' previous arrests included charges of assault, battery, resisting a police officer, auto theft, leaving the scene of an accident and contempt of court, authorities said.
He was convicted in 1999 in Las Vegas of carrying a concealed weapon, and in 2001 of conspiracy to commit grand larceny. Police were also looking into an allegation that he had sexually assaulted a young girl in 2001.
Nye County District Attorney Bob Beckett had said he was told Stiles was a "survivalist type" who always carried knife and had a Navy SEAL background.
The man who turned in the videotape, Darrin Tuck, 26, was arrested on a probation violation charge, and was likely to face pornography charges, Beckett said.

He Shot WHO 3 Times?! -UPDATE 2: JEALOUSY + GUN=DEADLY COMBINATION

(Tyler Peterson- gunman, killed 7 people including himself, below)

Wis. AG: Deputy Shot Himself 3 Times

CRANDON, Wis. (AP) - An off-duty sheriff's deputy who killed six people apparently shot himself three times, with the last shot hitting him in the right side of the head, the state attorney general said Tuesday. Tyler Peterson, 20, shot himself twice under the chin before firing the third and fatal shot, Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen said.

Peterson also was shot once in the left biceps from a distance. The six people who died early Sunday were either students or recent graduates of Crandon High School, where Peterson also had graduated. They were at the house to share pizza and watch movies during the school's homecoming weekend.

Peterson died in the woods near a friend's home in Argonne. The lone survivor was scheduled for surgery Tuesday. Van Hollen said Peterson went to Jordanne Murray's home about 2 a.m. and argued with her after accusing her of dating someone else. Murray demanded Peterson leave, and he did, only to return with an AR-15 rifle.

"He didn't speak, he simply opened fire," Van Hollen said. Investigators found three bodies on or next to a couch - Lindsey Stahl, 14; Aaron Smith, 20, and Bradley Schultz, 20. Murray, 18, was found in the kitchen. Lianna Thomas, 18, was found in a closet, and Katrina McCorkle, 18, was just outside it. Both had apparently been trying to hide, Van Hollen said. The last person shot was survivor Charlie Neitzel, 21. He pleaded with Peterson after the first shot, only to have him fire again, Van Hollen said. Neitzel fell to the floor, where he lay still as Peterson fired a third time. "Playing dead until Peterson left, Neitzel survived," Van Hollen said.

It wasn't clear whether Peterson was struck in the biceps before or after he shot himself. The shootings devastated Crandon, a tight-knit town of 2,000, where many people knew at least one of the victims. "It's an unbelievable, nightmarish thing," said Pastor Bill Farr of Praise Chapel Community Church, which all of the victims' families attend. "I keep thinking, like many of the families, that I'm going to wake up and this is not something that happened, that it's just going to be normal again. That's not going to be the case."

The victims' families have met with Peterson's family and "hold no animosity toward them," Van Hollen said. The families, the church and the town's one funeral home were still working on funeral arrangements Tuesday. Farr's wife, Sjana Farr, said Peterson's family had requested his funeral be last out of respect for the victims' families.
************
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the Crandon, WI victims. I pray that our Father in heaven, has mercy upon Tyler. Father, you knew what he was thinking. Though the crime was heinous, your blood covers even that sin. I pray that your peace be upon the families affected and they'll have peace that surpasses all understanding in Jesus' name.
Amen.
