To the naked eye, Angie Zapata was a beautiful young woman. However, when one looks further, it was revealed 'Angie' was really Justin. Although, many have laughed at Jerry Springer episodes when a 'she' declared to her lover she's really a 'he' -in Angie's (Justin) case it wasn't funny...it was fatal.
When it was discovered that Angie was a biological male-her 'almost lover' killed her. He, Allen Andrade, has confessed to killing 'It' meaning Angie (Justin) as Andrade constantly refers to her. Last July (17th) Andrade beat Zapata to death in her home because he was deceived.
Granted, I'd be LIVID if I found out a male I was interested in was really a woman-but to the point of murder?? This court case has many watching with bated breath-what will this mean for other transgendered individuals? What will this mean for the person who killed a transgendered person?? More on the trial, here

NEW: Officials confirm body in SUV is that of Julian King
NEW: Police collecting evidence from Suburban, reviewing surveillance tapes
Julian King missing since Friday, when Hudson's mother, brother were shot dead
Actress identified bodies of her mother and brother for medical examiner
CHICAGO, Illinois (CNN) -- The body found inside an SUV Monday morning has been confirmed to be Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew, a top FBI official said.
The white SUV where the child's body was found is taken away to be examined by investigators.
The medical examiner positively identified the body found in the Chevrolet Suburban as Julian King, Chicago Police Superintendent Jody Weis said Monday afternoon.
Police are collecting evidence from the Suburban and reviewing surveillance tapes from all over the city as the investigation continues, Weis told reporters.
"There's a lot of work to be done. We'll be sure we go through this thoroughly," he said.
Asked about possible motives, Weis said, "We don't know what the motive really was at this time. But, clearly you have people who do know each other, so it wasn't a case of a stranger-type homicide."
Earlier Monday Deputy Chief Cmdr. Wayne Gulliford said police had responding to "a call about a suspicious auto" in the west side of Chicago at approximately 7 a.m. when they found the body inside a parked white Chevy Suburban, which had a license plate matching the description in the child's Amber Alert.
He had no details on the body, pending the medical examiner's report.
Over the weekend, Hudson offered a $100,000 reward for the safe return of her nephew.
"Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely," Hudson said in a posting on her MySpace page Sunday. "If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately."
Hudson also posted two pictures of her nephew wearing the brown-and-orange striped polo shirt he was wearing when he was last seen.
Earlier, Hudson viewed the bodies of her mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson, the Cook County medical examiner's office told CNN on Sunday. They were found shot to death Friday in their South Side Chicago home. Watch the latest on the Hudson case »
Julian's stepfather, William Balfour, was detained over the weekend for questioning in connection with the case, a police spokesperson told CNN. He was subsequently transferred to prison on a parole violation charge, the spokesperson said.
No charges had been filed against anyone in connection with the murders.
According to the Illinois Department of Corrections, Balfour, 27, spent nearly seven years in prison for attempted murder, vehicular hijacking and possessing a stolen vehicle.
Chicagonews station WLS reported Saturday that Julian was not with Balfour when he was detained.
Hudson's sister, Julia Balfour, made an emotional appeal Saturday for the safe return of her son.
"My greatest fear has already happened, my greatest hope is for having my child. I just want my son," Julia Balfour said. "That's all I have to say. Just let my baby go."
William Balfour's mother, Michele Davis-Balfour, also urged the public to focus on finding Julian and said her son had nothing to do with the slayings.
"Out of no means did my son do this. This heinous crime to this family is unbelievable. It's unbearable," Davis-Balfour told WLS.Watch Davis-Balfour's emotional appeal »
Deputy Police Chief Joseph Patterson said the bodies of Hudson's mother and brother were found about 3 p.m. Friday, when a relative arrived and found the body of a woman on the living room floor. The relative backed out of the house and called police, Patterson said. Authorities found a man shot to death in a bedroom.
The Cook County medical examiner's office said Saturday that Donerson and Jason Hudson suffered multiple gunshot wounds and ruled the deaths homicides.
Neighbors reported hearing gunshots earlier Friday, Patterson said. Authorities found no signs of forced entry to the home and were not sure whether other items were missing. "You've got two people who were killed inside a home. That alone will produce a great deal of evidence," Chicago Police Superintendent Jody Weis said of forensic evidence at the crime scene.
Hudson won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her portrayal of Effie in the film version of the Broadway musical "Dreamgirls." She competed on the third season of "American Idol" in 2004, making it to the top seven contestants before being eliminated from the contest. source
You know if a CNN headline includes black folks, it's most likely negative-and this story's no diff. smh
Craig Phillip Robinson is shown in character as Darryl Philbin on NBC's "The Office."
Craig Robinson aka Darryl Philbin on The Office is being charged with 2 felony counts of drug possession-ecstasy and meth. WTH???
What's shocking is this secret was kept quiet as long as it had-esp. when it comes to black folks who commit offenses. Robinson was arrested, June 29th and he goes to court on Aug. 21st. smh He is soooo dumb! JUST SAY NO, CRAIG!! Now he's in CNN news. source

Once again...a black man has been freed courtesy of DNA. I thank God that conclusive tests such as DNA testing exists, but I hate that innocent people are being locked up on bigots' say so.
James Woodard has been locked up 27 yrs...what can you say to him that'll make up for his incarceration? What is goin to happen to those were a party to this miscarriage of injustice? SMH Woodard also tells why he's no longer mad. It has to be Jesus-that's all i can say. Best wishes James :) CNN is featuring a 2nd story on DNA exoneration.
LONDON, England (CNN) -- Calling his unexpected withdrawal from Afghanistan a "shame," Prince Harry expressed his disappointment Saturday at being sent home after the media's disclosure of his deployment.
Prince Harry, left, walks with his father Prince Charles after returning to Britain on Saturday.
"I didn't see it coming, obviously it's a shame," the 23-year-old said. " I am so disappointed, I thought I could see it through to the end and come back with our guys and the colonel himself."
He added, "I suppose I think deep down inside it would be quite nice to have a bath ... but, no, I'd like to still be out there with the guys ... I would love to go back out. I want to go out very very soon."
Harry was welcomed home by his father and brother Saturday, a day after he was quickly withdrawn from deployment.
His father -- Prince Charles -- and his brother -- Prince William -- were waiting for Harry at the Royal Air Force's Brize Norton base near Oxford, England.
Prince Harry walked off an RAF transport plane, along with several dozen other British soldiers, at 11:45 a.m. Saturday.
Charles told reporters he was "enormously proud" of Harry and said he now understood what the families and loved ones of soldiers endured when they were serving abroad. Video Watch as Harry arrives in UK »
He said: "As you can imagine it's obviously a great relief as far as I'm concerned to see him home in one piece."
The prince had been deployed in Afghanistan since December. Major news outlets had agreed to keep the information secret for security reasons, but a Web site broke the news blackout Thursday.
That prompted the British military to withdraw the prince for security reasons four weeks before the end of his 14-week deployment.
On Saturday, Harry said he was "surprised by the way the British media kept to their side of the bargain and ... I am very grateful to that."
Asked if he had mixed feelings about Harry's premature return, Charles replied: "Yes." He went on: "I feel particular frustration that he was removed unexpectedly early because apart from anything else, he had been looking forward to coming back with the rest of his regiment.
"As you can imagine it's obviously a great relief as far as I'm concerned to see him home in one piece.
"It's been quite difficult also having to keep quiet about the fact he was serving in that part of the world.
"People kept saying to me 'you must be so frustrated about Harry not being able to serve abroad.'"
Charles said he now understood "what it's like for so many families with loved ones serving abroad."
The British Ministry of Defence had earlier described as "regrettable" the decision of "elements of the foreign media" to reveal Prince Harry's service in Afghanistan.
Because of the unique circumstances of the deployment, CNN, as well as other news organizations, chose to honor an embargo requested by the military.
While the deployment has transformed the image of Harry, previously dubbed the "playboy prince" by many newspapers, veteran PR expert Max Clifford on Saturday criticized what he regards as an ill-conceived publicity stunt.
"It just comes across, the whole thing, as a very, very calculated public relations exercise," designed to rehabilitate Harry's image as a partying posh boy, he told Channel 4 News.
He said Harry was never put "in real danger," and said the public was more clear-sighted about the manipulation than the media had been.
Clifford added: "The other aspect of it is he's been shown firing a machine gun at Muslims. What does that say? He becomes a big target. Harry likes to go to clubs and pubs -- does that make them targets?"
The 23-year-old prince holds the rank of cornet -- equivalent to a second lieutenant -- and served in Afghanistan as a forward air controller with a group called Joint Tactical Air Control, or JTAC.
"At the end of the day I like to sort of be a normal person, and for once I think this is about as normal as I'm ever going to get," he said in a interview while he was there. "As far as I'm concerned, I'm out here as a normal JTAC on the ground and not as Prince Harry."
His duties included calling in airstrikes and air support when necessary, guaranteeing the accuracy of bombing on the ground and guarding against incidents of friendly fire.
Prince Harry is the younger son of Prince Charles, the heir to the British throne, and the late Princess Diana, who died in a Paris car crash in 1997.
Last year, the military ruled he could not be sent to Iraq because publicity about the deployment could put him and his unit at risk.
Shortly after the news of the prince's deployment broke, several Islamist Web sites posted messages alerting their "brethren" in Afghanistan to be on the lookout for the royal soldier.
Several members of the British royal family saw combat in the past century. Prince Harry's grandfather, Prince Phillip, served aboard warships in World War II; his great-grandfather -- the future King George VI -- took part in the World War I naval battle of Jutland; and Prince Andrew, Prince Harry's uncle, flew Royal Navy helicopters during Britain's 1982 war with Argentina over the Falkland Islands. advertisement
Prince Harry's brother, Prince William, is also an army officer. But as second in line for the throne, he is specifically barred from combat.
The last sitting British monarch to lead troops in battle was George II, who defeated a French force at the Battle of Dettingen in 1743. source
*** I have to agree w/Max Clifford...I think it was a publicity stunt also. I've watched Prince H shoot his machine gun w/a big Kool-Aid Smile on his face (it looked like he was told to take the gun and shoot-IMHO it looked completely staged)...but my suspicions came at how CLOSE the camera person filmed P.H. If Harry was truly shooting at an enemy...do u really think the camera person would be willing to film THAT CLOSE to a machine gun, AND still have a steady hand??? How many times have we seen photographers, camera people TRULY in the line of fire, FALL to the ground in hopes of not getting shot?? Didn't their film document their ordeal??? U can hear (and see) how fearful the person truly was. Such was not the case w/Prince Harry...I'm not blaming P.H., cuz even if it was a marketing ploy, to agree to go to Afghanistan is still a dangerous undertaking-the kid def has some cajones.
But don't manipulate the public...we're not as daft as u think we are.

Winehouse, the troubled singer and songwriter who was let out of rehab to perform via satellite at the 50th annual Grammy Awards Sunday night, took home awards in five of the six categories in which she was nominated, including three of the big four general categories: record of the year, song of the year (both for "Rehab") and best new artist.
But when it came time for the final announcement, album of the year, the award went to 67-year-old jazz legend Herbie Hancock for "River: The Joni Letters," his album of Joni Mitchell interpretations.
The decision appeared to shock many, though Hancock wasn't caught off-stride.
In his acceptance, the pianist, who had earlier co-performed George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue," paid tribute to a number of his predecessors, most notably mentor Miles Davis.
"I'd like to thank the Academy for courageously breaking the mold this time, in doing so, honoring the giants upon whose shoulders I stand, some of whom like Miles Davis, John Coltrane ... unquestionably deserved the award in the past," Hancock said. "But this is a new day, that proves that the impossible can be made possible."
"River" is the first jazz album to win album of the year since Stan Getz and Joao Gilberto's 1964 "Getz/Gilberto" pulled off the trick. The two works are the only jazz albums to have done so.
Still, Winehouse can consider it a good night. Besides her Grammys, the singer performed a biting medley of "You Know I'm No Good" and "Rehab" via satellite and seemed genuinely thrilled for the honors she received. Gallery: Check out the stars in their finery »
Upon winning record of the year, just after her performance, she appeared unaware the cameras were on her as she and her band whooped it up after winning record of the year. But she recovered, giving a rousing thank-you speech in which she said the award was for "my mom and dad, for my Blake, my Blake incarcerated, and for London!" "Blake" is her husband Blake Fielder-Civil, currently behind bars awaiting trial on assault and trial-fixing charges.
Kanye West, who received eight nominations total, won best rap album for his "Graduation," giving him four wins.
West gave a powerful performance of "Stronger" and "Hey Mama." The latter song, in particular, was written for his mother and appeared on West's 2005 album "Late Registration." Donda West died November 10 of a heart attack after surgery.
"I appreciate all the support, I appreciate all the prayers," he said regarding his mother while accepting the best rap album award. Then, addressing his mother, he said, "I know you want me to be the No. 1 artist in the world. And, Mama, all I'm gonna do is keep making you proud."
Vince Gill's "These Days" won best country album, an award presented to him by Ringo Starr.
"I just had an award given to me by a Beatle," Gill said with wonder, and then looked at West -- who's often been vocal at a perceived lack of mainstream industry acceptance -- in the audience. "Have you had that happen yet, Kanye?"
West smiled as the audience burst into laughter.
The Foo Fighters' "Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace" won best rock album.
"This doesn't get old," frontman Dave Grohl said, dedicating the Grammy to his daughter Violet, who "inspired me to write this record."
The first award of the night, female R&B performance, went to Alicia Keys, who also opened the show with a "duet" with a virtual Frank Sinatra, captured on video in an old performance. The pair sang "Learnin' the Blues."
The night's performances ranged from stirring -- West's "Stronger"/"Hey Mama," a duet featuring Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli, and a John Fogerty-Jerry Lee Lewis-Little Richard medley of classics were highlights -- to offbeat, including a Beatles tribute from Cirque du Soleil and the film, "Across the Universe," and a lighthearted duet of "That Old Black Magic" between Keely Smith and Kid Rock.
The evening's other winners of the evening included Bruce Springsteen, who received three Grammys, including best rock song for "Radio Nowhere," as well as the White Stripes, Justin Timberlake and Mary J. Blige.
Also earning a Grammy was Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, who defeated two presidents -- Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter -- to take home the award for best spoken-word album. Obama won for his book, "The Audacity Of Hope: Thoughts On Reclaiming The American Dream.
For Hancock, the Grammy fulfills a dream of his own. The jazzman had won 10 Grammys going into the night's ceremony, but never album of the year.
"I don't pay attention to pigeonholes," he told CNN recently. This time, neither did the Recording Academy.
**** PLEASE check out Fantasia on the red carpet! She is nothing short of stunning. I hope she keeps it up!
** Also, I'M SO SICK OF KANYE'S and his spoiled brat mentality. what? they can't cue the music for him, like they do EVERYONE ELSE? He's not a prodigy, he's not a "floeticist" , he's not floetic ok???
His beats are tight, but his lyrics are zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz a bore. I challenged my son to listen to the lyrics (of Kanye's songs) and count how many times Kanye said somethin that made you stop and want to marinate on the words for a min... I'm still waiting on my kid to give some feedback. lol
I rest my case.
Check out Rihanna, and the Time :)

BOLINGBROOK, Illinois (AP) -- A former police officer's missing wife once confided in a pastor that her husband admitted killing his third wife, the pastor said. art.peterson.ap.jpg
Former Illinois police officer Drew Peterson is considered a suspect in the disappearance of his fourth wife.
Former Westbrook Christian Church pastor Neil Schori told Fox News Channel's Greta Van Susteren in an interview broadcast Monday that Stacy Peterson told him in August that her husband, Drew Peterson, admitted killing his previous wife, Kathleen Savio.
Schori said he asked Stacy Peterson, Drew Peterson's fourth wife, to clarify what she had said and she responded, "'He killed Kathleen."' Schori said the conversation occurred when he and Stacy Peterson met at a coffee shop.
Savio's body was found in her bathtub in 2004 and her death initially was ruled an accidental drowning. After Stacy Peterson disappeared in October, prosecutors opened another investigation into the Savio case, and said it appears her death was a homicide staged to look like an accident. Drew Peterson has not been named a suspect in her death.
Stacy Peterson offered enough detail to be credible, said Schori, who declined to discuss the details in the interview.
"But it was very clear that this was not just speculation," he said. "She was not jumping to conclusions."
Joel Brodsky, Peterson's attorney, did not immediately return an after-hours phone message seeking comment from The Associated Press. But he said on the Fox program that "I'd love to get to cross-examine (Schori) because there are a lot of problems with his story." Don't Miss
* Warrants seek GPS data * Peterson denies asking truckers to take package * Divers seek clues in Peterson case
Schori said he thought Stacy Peterson never shared the information about Savio with police. Asked why Stacy Peterson chose to stay with her husband after learning about his former wife's death, Schori said, "My guess would be out of fear."
Although he has not been arrested or charged, Drew Peterson, 53, has been named a suspect in Stacy Peterson's disappearance by Illinois State Police, who have labeled the case a possible homicide.
Stacy Peterson was last seen October 28 and was reported missing by her family the next day. Drew Peterson, a member of the Bolingbrook Police Department until he quit after his wife went missing, has denied any involvement in her disappearance. He has said he believes his wife left him for another man and is alive.
Last month, the Westbrook Christian Church's pastor of spiritual formation told The Associated Press that Stacy Peterson requested an August meeting with a member of their pastoral staff when the church made a routine call to see why she and Drew Peterson had not attended services in recent months.
The church official made a "judgment call" not to alert authorities and did not consult with other church staff, Rob Daniels said.
At the time he spoke to the AP, Daniels would not identify the clergy member who met with Stacy Peterson or say where the meeting took place.

Paula on Larry King: I've viewed a clipping of the Larry King Edition of S &P (Paula White) and all I have to say is: This chile has sho' nuff been prepped. She doesn't miss a beat. Pasted-On smile? Check. New Veneers? Check. Mini-face lift? Check. French Manicure? Check. Soft spoken answer?Check. Repeating a question, while you search for an answer? Check.
Paula was soooo comfortable in this interview, she even leaned in onto Larry's desk as if they're old buds (because she knew she was in control of herself). I'm sure they will be since he simply GLOSSED over the scandal surrounding Paula. If it was Paul Edwards-Detroit radio talk-show Paul Edwards Show, Paula would've pulled a Dr. Jan...took that microphone off, walked out of the studio and ride off into the sunset!
The most disconcerting aspect of this show was not Paula...well not Paula per se...it was the clips that were aired. Paula was at her finest moment, walking up and down the podium, head going back and forth, shoulders getting ready to the do the "bankhead bounce" and then... the camera pans the audience. Who's out there? US. An arena full of BLACK FOLKS lappin' that mess up like hound dogs! What is it about desperate black people and megachurches?? What can charlatans, witches and warlocks do for you besides expedite your ticket to hell? You BETTER RECOGNIZE, there's only one gospel, one Truth, and his name is Jesus.
On the next episode of " Shysters & Perverts in Jesus' Name"...
Pastor and/or Life Coach-is that possible??
Due to the regurgitated vomit (i.e., lies, distortions & untruths) that seems to be shared among pastors... I like many other Christians who seek truth and will not accept heresy as gospel, am unlikely to step into an edifice. And if I do, it won't be that of a Pulpit-Pimp. Therefore,I seek God in my private time, listen to church sermons (not those found on CableTV ) and learn more about the Lord utilizing various online resources. *check outmy blogroll* Thanks Phil! and Thanks Ann!
Having said that when I visited the church called The Old Black Church , don't let the name fool you...this church is for errybody, I read the "bulletin announcement" stating that Paula will be on CNN's Larry King Live tomorrow, November 26, 2007, 9pm EST. If you desire you can send Paula an email via CNN and there's a chance yours may get read: send Paula an email
Because Larry isn't Christian (he's Jewish) he truly doesn't understand the issue between Paula and her cohorts and the church. So I know he will not throw questions at her that can be construed as "offensive" or hard-hitting, unlike my favorite Christian radio talk-show host, Detroit's own Paul Edwards. Paul interviewed her and asked how is it possible two Christians are unable to work out their marriage? And out of leftfield Paula used a distraction tactic in order to take the focus of her and her web of lies. Paula retorted, the least Paul could've done was ask about her dying "daughter." She said her daughter has 3, 4 stage cancer and is dying...truth is , Paul Edwards wasn't aware of the young lady's illness, it's Randy's daughter and if she's concerned about the young lady--why's Paula doing this book tour?? Remember, she'll be on Larry King tomorrow. Whatchoo talkin' 'bout Paula?!
Paula can not justify the path she has now chosen. As most false teachers can't when they're confronted by someone anchored in the Word.
How to Identify False Teachers, Profits,Pastors, etc from The Foolish Galatian Blog via Independent Conservative characteristics of shysters in the church We must work out our "own salvation with fear and trembling" Phil 2:12b, and stop leaving it up to these false teachers to do it!
