This Kid Ain't NO Joke...

I've given birth to 2 children.
After each delivery, I didn't know my own name let alone feel like moving.

In Long Beach, CA a 17yr old young lady, not only gave birth to her 8lb, 3 oz baby boy-BY HERSELF...
She wrapped him up, and proceeded to walk/jog FOUR BLOCKS TO THE HOSPITAL!

It's hard for me to get my son to clean up his room...and here this chile is delivering babies and transporting herself a la Fred Flintstone to the hospital!

Xochitl kept her pregnancy a secret from momz out of fear, but I like how she didn't throw the baby in a garbage can like so many other young women do.
She has accepted responsibility...and I ain't mad at her.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye A Child Has Been Born...

Like many of us women, Halle has been thru and seen some things! From discrimination due to her multi-ethnicity, to dad who's inactive in her life, to doggish-lowdown-dirty men (can I get an amen???) to failed marriages-Halle is proof that beauty don't mean a thang in the real world. Having said all of that, Halle has recently experienced one of the greatest miracles ever on Earth. The birth of your child. The pain ceases once that bundle of joy is placed in your hands...sigh...I remember-I remember. Hopefully- just like her pregnancy, her postpartum depression will be a breeze too!
*sidebar*I just wished I had the $$ to hire a nanny for my youngest. That rascal had colic like you wouldn't believe. I grimace to even flashback on that. *shiver* He's the quiet child, and my daughter whom I had to put a mirror under the nose to verify she was still with us, is the loud one! Isn't that crazy?? **end of sidebar**
I just wish Gabriel (Halle's baby-daddy) wasn't a statistic now. ( like many of us). He's now part of the "baby daddy/mama clique."
I'm sure Halle's back to her pre-pregnancy shape by now :(

*Oscar winning actress Halle Berry gave birth Sunday morning at Cedars Sinai hospital to a baby girl at approximately 10am!

The 7 lb 4 oz baby is the first child for he 41-year-old actress and her 32-year-old boyfriend Gabrielle Aubry.

Although the couple said they have no plans to marry, Berry told Oprah in an earlier interview, the two of them are fully committed to each other. They met in November 2005

Seriously, Halle was one of the best looking pregnant celebrities hands down. Some had good/bad days (pregnancy is hard, admittedly)-but you couldn't tell with Halle!
She was on the move with her basketball belly- with and without Gabriel. Girlfriend was doin the doggone thang!
I ain't mad at her!
The source didn't say, if she had baby naturally or not -just curious in light of her having Diabetes.
I'm sure we'll find out when she gives an interview and first pics of baby for $40 gazillionbillion dollars, lol

Boy, Girl Make Jennifer Lopez Mom For First Time

NEW YORK -- Jennifer Lopez gave birth to twins early Friday, making the singer and husband Marc Anthony the parents of a boy and a girl after one of pop music's most closely watched pregnancies.

Lopez representative Simon Fields told People magazine the babies were born shortly after midnight on New York's Long Island, with the 5-pound, 7-ounce girl arriving first, followed by her 6-pound brother minutes later. The location was not identified.




"Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon," Fields told the magazine.

Lopez' publicists and agent did not return telephone calls from The Associated Press early Friday.

Ending months of speculation, Lopez confirmed her pregnancy at a Miami concert in November. Her father, David Lopez, told Telefutura's "Escandalo TV" earlier this month that the 39-year-old singer was expecting twins.

Lopez and Anthony, 38, married in 2004. The twins are her first children, and his third and fourth. source

IT'S TWIN BOYS FOR GARCELLE BEAUVAIS-NILON: Actress gives birth to Jax and Jaid on Oct. 18. source

*Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon and husband Michael Nilon on Oct. 18 became the parents of new twin boys, a rep for the actress tells People magazine.


Jax Joseph Nilon arrived at 8:30 p.m. weighing 4 lbs. 7 oz., while Jaid Thomas Nilon was born one minute later and weighed 4 lbs. 9 oz.

"We're so in love with them," said Beauvais-Nilon, who delivered the babies in Los Angeles. "The boys are just gorgeous."

Friends such as Angie Harmon and Virginia Madsen have already lavished them with gifts, including individual outfits from Janie & Jack and Gymboree.

"She wants to establish each twin's own identity," says a friend who attended the actress's baby shower last month. "She doesn't want to dress them up the same."

Beauvais-Nilon, a former cast member of "NYPD Blue" and "The Jamie Foxx Show," posed nude for the August issue of Playboy during her pregnancy.

The twins join Oliver, the actress's 15-year-old son from a previous marriage. Michael Nilon, an agent for Creative Artists Agency, married the actress in Los Angeles in May 2001.

I must admit, that woman had the quickest pregnancy I've seen in a long time.
One minute she had a pudge, and the next minute she looked like she was carrying 2 kindergartners in utero. She scared me. How she managed to continue to look so fabulous, is beyond me. She made my innards hurt when I saw her on pics out and about!
Anyhoo...all is well, and I love her boys' names. Thank goodness she didn't name them Piano & Synthesizer-or something stupid like that.
I also applaud her wanting the kids to have their own identity!
I ain't mad at you on that one!

You know what? If it wasn't for the eyewitness at the hotel, and the police officer on TV, I'd call Junie B a LIAR!! I'd say..."Junie B! don't be hatin' on Bishop T!" I'm telling you, it is my HUMBLE opinion, after viewing this video, that "bishop" has found himself. He exudes a confidence, and assurance that I thought only came from ridin on Junie B's coattail. And we all know neither Junie B, nor her makeup, nor her coattails are within 1,000 ft of "bishop T," ok? Either he has done some type of repentance, or he's got a serious mentor cuz this man seems to be "free!" (I choose "B")

Well, I guess he is free in a sense...he doesn't have loudmouth Junie B around to worry his nerves. If I saw this video(below) before the attack, I would've said the story is made up and HE DID NOT STUMP HER VA-JAY-JAY!! But they say-say he stumped her in her va-jay-, and that's soooooo not o.k.k.k.

Life: It's A Beautiful Thing

I went to an awesome website called "GOD TUBE,"

(I know hat you're thinking)

and it's a site created for people who love the Lord to upload their videos.

After trying to decide which video to post, I watched the last video and I was so moved by its poignancy, that I knew I had to post it.

Note: The video is about abortion, and life. Abortion is murder and its wrong but it is also A FORGIVABLE. I ought to know as I had an abortion when I was 20 years old. I was freed from the guilt 4 yrs ago. I almost committed suicide because of it. My childen 19 & 16 are aware of their brother "Caleb" who is in heaven waiting for us. My daughter has another lil' brother, and my son has a big brother that he'll get to see. Women do not go through this alone, the father's depression, feelings, guilt etc must also be acknowledged, for he too is experience deprivation. Confess and repent your sins, and ask God to forgive and heal you. He did it for me and He'll do it for you.
