has FINALLY BEEN CAUGHT. This 'alleged' (and I use that word loosely) murderer has been a prime suspect in the death of 8 mos pregnant 20yr old Marine Lance Cpl Maria Lauterbach-who's charred remains in a addition to the fetus were found in Laurean's backyard.

Well, not only did he kill her by stabbing, and burn her body and the baby's...Uncle Sam's nephew even used Lauterbach's ATM card while making tracks to Mexico.
It's apparent he hasn't watched any of the latest crime shows, cuz if he did-he'd know mexican authorities now work in tandem with U.S. authorities and will turn your murderous, cowardly behind over with the quickness.

Although it's a day to rejoice, it's still a sad day.
Lauterbach was unable to live and see the man she accused of rape be brought to justice.

Bobby Cutts put away for 57yrs to Life...What did he think would happen?

(CNN) -- Jurors spared the life of a former Canton, Ohio, police officer who killed his pregnant girlfriend and tearfully asked them for mercy. A judge then sentenced him Wednesday to 57 years to life in prison.

Jessie Marie Davis, 26, was nine months pregnant when she was killed and dumped in a park in June 2007.

Bobby Lee Cutts Jr., 30, will be 87 by the time he becomes eligible for parole.

He stared straight ahead as the jury of six men and six women recommended that his life be spared.

Judge Charles E. Brown added to the sentence, taking other counts into consideration after hearing victim impact statements from the parents and sisters of victim Jessie Marie Davis.

She was 26 and nine months pregnant when she disappeared last June. Her body, and that of her unborn child, were found 10 days later at a state park in northeastern Ohio.

Cutts took off his eyeglasses as Davis' father, Ned, addressed him: "Don't even look at me."

"Your honor he violently murdered her," the anguished father continued. "Five-foot-four, nine months pregnant, that baby could have been delivered."

And, tears rolled down Cutts' face as Davis' mother, Patricia Porter, spoke of her grief. "There are mornings I have to cover her picture up, when I can't get out of bed."

She continued, "I serve an amazing God, Bobby. A God that forgives and heals and restores people. And all I know today is that I do forgive you, and I know it is only through him that I am able to do that."

But she turned the other cheek: "I may not have family to go home to after this, but I pray that you make a way for him to get out of there and begin a new life, and to be able to hold his son."

Porter, who is raising Blake, told Cutts the child "knows what you did. You would not believe the stories he has told us."

When his time came, Cutts offered no statement, no testimonials to his character.

On February 15, the same jury found Cutts guilty of murdering Jessie Davis and their baby, who was to be named Chloe.

It was Chloe's death that made Cutts eligible for the death penalty. Jurors convicted him of two counts of aggravated murder -- for terminating a pregnancy and taking her life during the commission of a felony.

All the members of the jury are white, as was Davis. Cutts is black.

Cutts, who has maintained Davis' death was the result of an accidental elbow to the neck, asked the jury to spare his life and offered a tearful apology at his sentencing hearing Tuesday. Watch Cutts' tearful plea »

"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I'm asking you to spare my life," he said. "To imagine that I was responsible for the death of Jessie, the mother of my children and my unborn daughter, is beyond any words that I can express," Cutts added, reading from a handwritten statement.

"Words cannot bring them back, nor can they erase the pain I've caused, but I want to apologize," he said.

Cutts' lawyer, Fernando Mack, had urged jurors to recommend the lowest available penalty -- 25 years to life -- to allow him to play a limited role in his other children's lives.

Mack acknowledged that many of the jurors might still be angry with Cutts for leaving his 2½-year-old son, home alone for more than a day while his mother lay dead in a field.

But sentencing Cutts to death hurts Blake even more, he argued. "That is still Blake's father, like it or not. The prosecutor here wants you to kill Blake's father, so now he'll have no parents."

Stark County Assistant Prosecutor Dennis Barr attacked Cutts' character and his sincerity on the stand. A police officer should have known better, he said.

"Bobby Cutts took an oath to serve and protect," the prosecutor argued. "But on June 14, 2007, Bobby Cutts did not serve and protect. He destroyed."

According to testimony, Cutts rolled Davis' body in a comforter and dumped it in a park, leaving toddler son Blake in the house alone at the crime scene in a soiled diaper.

"Mommy's in the rug," Blake told police, according to testimony.

Prosecutors charged during the trial that Cutts buckled under the financial pressure of additional child support, killed Davis, and then created a cover story to try to get away with it.

After the sentencing, prosecutors -- no longer restricted in their comments by a gag order -- told reporters Cutts led authorities to Davis' body, but no deal was made in return.

Davis' father, Ned Davis, told reporters, "Our family, in one sense, was fortunate that we had some legal resolution because I know along with this, there are families out there that don't ever get an answer. It doesn't make it any less painful, but at least this part of it is resolved."

The jury of six men and six women reached the verdict after more than 21 hours of deliberations.

Jurors found Cutts guilty of aggravated murder for the unlawful termination of Davis' pregnancy and the aggravated murder of a child under the age of 13.

But the jury found him guilty of a lesser murder count in the death of Davis.

Davis was nine months pregnant when she disappeared. She had chosen the name Chloe for her daughter.

Jurors found that baby Chloe was killed during the commission of another crime, making Cutts eligible for the death penalty.

The penalty phase of the trial is set to begin February 25. Cutts will face a sentence of either 25 years to life with the possibility of parole, 30 years to life with the possibility of parole, life without parole or death.

His and Davis' families left the courthouse without comment.

Jurors began deliberations late Tuesday afternoon. They had been sequestered, spending nights at a nearby hotel, cut off from exposure to the media and other potential influences.

According to testimony, Cutts, 30, rolled Davis' body in a comforter and dumped it in a park, leaving their 2½-year-old son, Blake, alone.

Cutts also was found guilty of aggravated burglary, two counts of gross abuse of a corpse and endangering a child, Blake.

Cutts sobbed on the witness stand as he admitted killing Davis and their unborn child. But Cutts insisted that their deaths were an accident.

"I didn't mean to hurt her," Cutts testified, clasping a handful of tissues. "This isn't real," he said he kept telling himself.

Prosecutors discounted Cutts' story, claiming he buckled under the financial pressure of child support, killed the mother of his child and then created a cover story to try to get away with it.


On the stand, Cutts said he went to pick up his son Blake and became agitated when Davis, 26, wasn't moving fast enough to get the boy ready. He said he tried to leave her house but she grabbed him to keep him from leaving, and he accidentally elbowed her in the throat.

Cutts told the jury he performed CPR on Davis and then tried to revive her with bleach. When he realized Davis was dead, Cutts said he panicked and put her in the back of his truck, so Blake wouldn't have to see his mother.

Myisha Ferrell, Cutts' longtime friend, testified for the prosecution that Cutts appeared at her home at 6 a.m. after Davis died.

She said she could tell he was distraught. When they left her home in his truck, she found out why.

"We drove off and he said something was wrong," she said. "He said, 'Something bad.' "

"He said something was wrong with his baby's mother."

Ferrell told the jury Cutts started speaking erratically as they drove, then blurted out, "She's in the back."

Ferrell admitted she helped dump Davis' body in a field and said Cutts later coached her on what to say to police.

Ferrell was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to lying to authorities and complicity to gross abuse of a corpse.

During closing arguments, prosecutor Dennis Barr said Cutts strangled and killed Davis and her unborn child because of his mounting debt and child support for what would have been his fourth child.

Cutts' own actions following Davis' disappearance were a clear indications of his guilt, he said.

"His reaction is the reaction of person who committed a crime and is trying to cover it up," Barr said.

Davis disappeared in June and the search for her attracted national attention. At that time, Cutts repeatedly denied he had any involvement. But Cutts eventually led police to her body.

"For nine days he kept the location of [Davis' body] a secret and went on about his life, every day knowing that Jessie and Chloe were laying there rotting away, destroying the evidence," Barr said.

Prosecutors also reminded the jury of the testimony of one of Cutts' friends, Richard Mitchell, who claimed the former police officer threatened to kill Davis one month before she disappeared.

"I'm going to kill that [expletive] and throw her in the woods," Mitchell quoted Cutts as saying.

In their closings, Cutts' attorneys acknowledged their client's poor judgment after Davis' death, but said the prosecution had not presented any witnesses to support their claim that Cutts was in financial distress.

They urged the jury to find Cutts not guilty on the basis that the prosecution did not prove their case that he intentionally killed Davis.

Fernando Mack, a defense lawyer, admitted Cutts' judgment lapsed when he wrapped Davis' body up and went to dispose of it, leaving their toddler alone with the bleach-soaked rug.

But he cautioned jurors against deciding Cutts' fate based on an emotional response to ugly facts. "Will it outrage you? Absolutely. But, Blake being left home alone doesn't tell you about aggravated murder."

Missing: Latisha Rutledge and family

Family members said a pregnant mother from Detroit and her two small children ages 4 and 2 have not been seen in nearly two weeks. They were supposed to board a Greyhound bus in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. headed to Downtown Detroit, but no one has seen them since they were spotted at the bus station.

Latisha Rutledge, 22, is eight and a half months pregnant, and her baby is due any day.

Family members said she may have already given birth.

Rutledge had been living with her uncle in Florida for the last couple months trying to start over, but things didn't work out.

Her uncle dropped Rutledge and her children off at the bus station Jan. 11, and they were supposed to arrive in Detroit Jan. 13.

Rutledge's mother is frightened and frustrated, and said her daughter has no money.

Greyhound does not require photo identification at all its terminals so there is no way to know if Rutledge even boarded the bus.

Greyhound said it can not release passenger information unless law enforcement request it.

Rutledge's mother Marsella Satchel said she has not been able to file a missing persons police report yet, because police told her she must contact every hospital in Fort Lauderdale and Detroit before it can be filed. Deidra's Blog

Britney Spears's 16-year-old sister Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant.

Nickelodeon, which carries her TV show Zoey 101, said in a statement: "We respect Jamie Lynn's decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn's well being."

Spears and her mother confirmed the pregnancy to OK! magazine, saying she was 12 weeks along and the father is Jamie Lynn's longtime boyfriend Casey Aldridge. Aldridge's mother confirmed it to TMZ.com.

"It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected," Jamie Lynn told OK!, according to the Associated Press. "I was in complete and total shock and so was he."

Spears told the magazine that after confirming the pregnancy with a home test and a subsequent doctor's visit, she told only one friend – then waited two weeks before telling anybody else, including her parents.

"I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone's opinion affect my decision," she told the magazine. "Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me."

Breaking the News to Her Parents

She told her parents just before Thanksgiving.

"I didn't believe it because Jamie Lynn's always been so conscientious," her mother, Lynne Spears, told OK!. "She's never late for her curfew. I was in shock. I mean, this is my 16-year-old baby."

Aldridge's mother, Joyce Aldridge, told TMZ she was "aware of the recent interview regarding her and being pregnant" and that "we are in agreement with everything that was said by Jamie Lynn."

"Everything is fine," Joyce Aldridge added.

Spears, a high school junior who is 10 years younger than Britney, had until now escaped much of the attention about her personal life that has surrounded her sister.

Jamie Lynn stars as a schoolgirl at the fictitious Pacific Coast Academy in Zoey 101, finishing its third season next month as one of Nickelodeon's highest-rated shows.

A rep for Spears was not immediately available for comment.

When Missing Black People Get National Attention: It's Not What You Know...But Who You Know!

When it was brought to my attention (in passing) that Karyn McConnell Hancock was a pregnant attorney, I just figured she was another white victim who was offed by her husband.

(Can I keep it real on my blog, please?)

However, when I found out she was a black woman (via the radio)-I had a fleeting suspicion. Why did I hear about this black woman who was missing via mainsteam media, but I didn't hear about any of the black college women who were MIA?

I hadn't post the story regarding Karyn the attorney, because it didn't move me to, I found myself disinterested. I figured hmmm...'hormones,' more or less.

But the question still gnawed at me...why?? why are we hearing about this black woman?

Well, after learning she recanted her story and is now being charged with making false alarms-I took the time out to familiarize myself with this story.

To Karyn: stop being scared to say 'NO,' and seek psychiatric help...you definitely need it-and we're all praying that God heals you where you hurt.

You Better Recognize-To thine ownself be true-and that'll negate the need to fabricate a cock-and-bull story.

A black woman named Lisa Woods, has been an ongoing victim of racial discrimination at Georgia-Pacific Co, near Brunswick, Ga. In addition to be forced to work ONE DAY AFTER A MISCARRIAGE-LIKE OUR ANCESTORS, she was also denied the use of the bathroom. A chronic sign that said "Out of Order" was posted on the bathroom door, until a white trucker came through. At that time, the bathroom is in working order. Like many minority employees, the incident was reported but not taken seriously.

When the oppressive work conditions were brought to the attention of First Coast News, reporter Jeanie Blaylock and a photographer went to the scaling house (where Lisa worked to weigh trucks) and the toilet was in working order. When the news crew left, Lisa Woods was fired. (coincidence? I think not!)

She was also taunted with a cartoon clipping of a pregnant monkey--Lisa was pregnant at the time.

What an idiot. Sounds like the makings of a juicy lawsuit.

I can' t imagine working under such conditions...God bless her.

I hope EEOC has take note of this discrimination case and runs with it.

Guilty Verdict in Fetus Snatching Case

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct. 22) - A woman whose attorneys had argued that she was suffering from delusions when she killed an expectant mother, cut the baby from her womb and took the infant home was convicted Monday.

Jurors convicted Lisa Montgomery, 39, of kidnapping resulting in death in the 2004 attack on 23-year-old Bobbie Jo Stinnett in the northwest Missouri town of Skidmore.

Lisa Montgomery's attorneys claimed she was in a dreamlike state brought on by stress when she killed 9-months-pregnant Bobbie Jo Stinnett and cut the baby from her womb. But a jury didn't buy the insanity defense.

The jury deliberated for about four hours before rejecting Montgomery's insanity defense. The jury could have acquitted her outright or found her not guilty by reason of insanity. Prosecutors said they plan to seek the death penalty.

After the verdict was read, Montgomery dried her eyes and one of her attorneys patted her back to console her.

Stinnett's husband, Zeb, and Montgomery's husband, Kevin, showed no emotion.

Defense attorneys claimed Montgomery was suffering from pseudocyesis, which causes a woman to falsely believe she is pregnant and exhibit outward signs of pregnancy.

They portrayed her as a victim of severe mental illness whose delusion of being pregnant was being threatened, causing her to enter a dreamlike state when the killing took place.

They also argued that she had post-traumatic stress disorder brought on by mental, physical and sexual abuse in her childhood.

But during closing arguments, federal prosecutor Roseann Ketchmark called the pseudocyesis claim "voodoo science."

She said Montgomery was driven by fear because she believed her ex-husband, Carl Boman, would expose that she was lying about being pregnant and use it against her as he sought custody of two of the couple's four children. A custody hearing had been set for January 2005.

"It's not pseudocyesis or post-traumatic stress disorder," Ketchmark said. "And even if you wrap them up and put delusions around them, it's not insanity."

Ketchmark said Montgomery plotted the slaying and abduction and took pains to cover up that planning after she was caught.

"She knows she's not pregnant," the prosecutor said. "It's no delusion. It's deceit and manipulation."

Montgomery had undergone a tubal ligation in 1990 after the birth of her fourth child. But soon after, she began falsely reporting a series of pregnancies. In 2004, she claimed to be due in mid-December.

Boman had become suspicious of her latest pregnancy claim and threatened to use it against her as he sought custody of two of the couple's four children. A custody hearing had been set for January 2005.

Montgomery's mother and sister also had been telling Montgomery's husband and his parents that it was impossible for her to carry a child.

As Montgomery's purported Dec. 13, 2004, due date approached, she began conducting searches on the Internet about Stinnett and researching different aspects of child birth. The defense portrayed those efforts as evidence that she believed she was pregnant. The prosecution called them proof of premeditation.

Prosecutors said Montgomery used a rope to choke Stinnett, who was eight months pregnant. But Stinnett was conscious and trying to defend herself as Montgomery used a kitchen knife to cut the baby girl from the womb, prosecutors said.

Montgomery was arrested the day after the killing after spending the morning showing off the infant as her own in her hometown of Melvern, Kan.

Montgomery's attorneys and a spokesman for Stinnett's family declined to comment. Stinnett's baby is living with her family.

"The only good thing that comes from this tragedy is that little Victoria is a healthy baby and is reunited with her family," U.S. Attorney John F. Wood said.

After initially denying the crime, Montgomery told investigators she had taken a knife, rope and umbilical cord clamp with her to Stinnett's home. Montgomery said she had thought she was leaving the home when "something out of character" happened and "then this took place."

Attorneys are to start arguing Wednesday whether Montgomery deserves the death penalty.

HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - Michael Tylo Jr., son of soap opera star Hunter Tylo, has died in a swimming pool accident. He was 19.

He was pronounced dead just before midnight Thursday at a home in the Las Vegas suburb of Henderson, authorities said. The cause of death was listed as accidental drowning, according to the Clark County coroner's office.

Hunter Tylo stars on CBS' "The Bold and the Beautiful." The 45-year-old actress was in Los Angeles at the time of the incident, show representative Eva Demirjian said. Demirjian declined further comment.

Michael Tylo Jr. was dead when police arrived following a call from an unidentified person, Henderson police spokesman Todd Rasmussen said.

Hunter Tylo's ex-husband Michael Tylo is an assistant professor of film at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

The actress has three other children, Chris, Izabella Gabrielle and Katya Ariel.

to having a baby born with cancer in her eye, and now

the loss of her son.

Money can buy you a lot of things, but it can't buy life.

Famous or Infamous (you decide) rapper, T.I. aka Clifford Harris, is on chill-at least for now. His hearing was today and his lawyer Ed Garland, requested that he be released on a $2.2m bond, with home monitoring(I know he wasn't planning on going back to his place after ATF publicized his address?!). Until an approved list of visitors, and home monitoring system can be satisfied, T.I. will stay right where he is...in jail without the bail. The judge, Alan Baverman, did shock the courtroom when he requested T.I. come up with the $2.2m IN CASH, that's right you heard me...IN CASH...with denominations no larger than $20-sike, I added that part! haha, but seriously he has to pay in cash.

Hmmmmmm, when that creepy guy who was an heir to the Max Factor empire drugged, raped and FILMED women being sexually assaulted, I don't recall the judge demanding BAIL PAID IN CASH AND IN FULL! I forgot--2 different books, equals 2 sets of laws.

Not only was T.I.'s family in attendance but also reps from the record company, who were ready to post in excess of $1m for T.I.'S bail. Honey...they know who feeds them, and keeps them in those designer suits, ok?

Because of his past criminal history, he poses as a risk to the public and therefore must surrender his passport, can't drive blah, blah etc etc. it has also been revealed that this manchild has 1/2 lb of weed in the car...what in the ...ok...I almost lost my salvation. When this manchild screws up, he really screws up!?

If convicted, T.I. will face 10 years and $250,000 fine per count.
Now...I don't know how many counts are against him, but for anyone who KNOWS HOW TO COUNT...that's a lotta dead presidents.

It's sad, and a shame...that again..another rapper bites the dust. I will never understand why it is, when these young men make it against all odds, they go back to what they were trying to get away from. AND GET CAUGHT UP....but always want to thank God or thank Jesus. Are they thanking Him when they're locked up? Also in the news was T.I's baby mama, "Tiny" aka Tameka Cottle, of Xcape (bet she wishes could Xscape right now!) was charged with possession of marijuana and ecstasy, in addition to being possibly pregnant with his second child source --you cannot make this stuff up! They currently have a young son together.

The miracle in this is not, T.I. being declared not guilty, but in turning away from this lifestyle that seems to beguile the black male.

You all betta recognize...this is real life, and literally T.I.'s life is in the hands of people who could care less about him.

BRUSSELS – A ten-year-old girl from Charleroi gave birth to a baby last year. The father was 13.
"The pregnancy was a big surprise to the girl and her mother," says doctor Robert Chef from Charleroi. "The child came to me with unexplained abdominal pain. She had also put on weight.

Her mother had even put her on a diet for a while but that had little effect. When we examined her it turned out she was nine months pregnant. The child was carrying a full term baby."

What surprised the doctor the most was that the 10-year-old really looked her age. "Some girls look like a teenager of 15 or 16 at that age. But not this girl."

Still the delivery went smoothly. The young mother was given special treatment however. She was not admitted to the regular maternity ward lest this raise too many curious questions. She was given a bed in the children's ward.

"The father of the baby came to visit her there as well. Many pregnancies in young girls are the result of incest. But that was not at all the case here. The father was a schoolmate of 13. A young guy as well."

Robert Chef says the parents of the girl did not respond angrily. "The grandmother immediately took charge of the baby. She said she would raise it as her own child."

Yesterday the medical weekly De Huisarts reported that 57 Belgian 10-year-olds had been prescribed a birth control pill last year. Some for medical reasons, but others for actual birth control.

and it's a site created for people who love the Lord to upload their videos.

After trying to decide which video to post, I watched the last video and I was so moved by its poignancy, that I knew I had to post it.

Note: The video is about abortion, and life. Abortion is murder and its wrong but it is also A FORGIVABLE. I ought to know as I had an abortion when I was 20 years old. I was freed from the guilt 4 yrs ago. I almost committed suicide because of it. My childen 19 & 16 are aware of their brother "Caleb" who is in heaven waiting for us. My daughter has another lil' brother, and my son has a big brother that he'll get to see. Women do not go through this alone, the father's depression, feelings, guilt etc must also be acknowledged, for he too is experience deprivation. Confess and repent your sins, and ask God to forgive and heal you. He did it for me and He'll do it for you.
